Return Window
US and international customers may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law, unless the item falls under a statutory exclusion as outlined below.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and unused, in original condition
- Free from perfume, makeup, body oils, lotion, or any signs of wear
- Returned with original packaging where possible
- Approved by our customer care team before being sent back
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Earrings or pierced jewelry
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Worn or altered items
- Body jewelry that shows signs of wear or direct skin contact where hygiene restrictions apply
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, Astre Crystals will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs when the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Shipping
For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credit.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges where stock is available. Please contact us with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for, and we will do our best to assist you.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Please contact our customer care team at admin@astrecrystals.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange before sending anything back. We will provide you with instructions and next steps.
Astre Crystals reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in your country of residence.
