Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotional periods, or high-volume seasons. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard international delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination country. Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the available shipping method. Any applicable rates will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or local charges required by their country's customs authority, unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. These fees are determined by your local government and are outside of our control. We are unable to predict or cover these costs on your behalf.

Delayed Packages

Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to us at admin@astrecrystals.com. We will review the tracking details and work with you on next steps. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Incorrect Address & Returned Packages
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Astre Crystals cannot be held responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to pay customs fees, or an unclaimed parcel, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order. Please contact us at admin@astrecrystals.com if this applies to your order.
